Do you think that AR could improve the communication between designers and clients?

"Improve" is a tricky word. Yes, I do think it could help, but I don't see it being as useful as other (simpler) means of communication. In a rendering, you can work on a specific scene and get the details perfect because you're only detailing one piece of the project. In order for an AR environment to be a convincing means of representing interiors you'd have to model the entire space with the same level of detail. Potentially very time-consuming. Rendering or animation might allow you control what you are showing (and not showing) better, in my mind. I'm by no means an expert, just speculating.
